HOW TO MAKE BAKED CATFISH:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the parsley, salt, paprika, thyme, oregano, basil and pepper in a small bowl.
Catfish fillets on a foil-lined pan with herb and seasoning mixture sprinkled over top
Sprinkle the spice-herb mixture over both sides of the catfish fillets. Place the fillets in a 9×13 baking pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. I also lined my pan with foil just because it makes it so much easier to clean.

Add the melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic powder to a small bowl. Mix well to combine.

Drizzle the butter-lemon-garlic mixture over the fillets.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

Постни сарми с кисело зеле

В една тенджера се слагат 3 настъргани моркова и една нарязана глава лук.
Добавя се олио на око и 2 чаши (cups) вода.
Тенджерата се слага на котлона да кипне.
Добавя се сол на вкус.
Добавя се 1.5 чаша (cup) ориз и бърка бърка докато попие водата.
Когато водата е почти попила, се добавят 1.5 чаша (cup) смляни домати от консерва.
Добавя се джоджен на вкус. Бърка се докато ориза попие водата.
С това плънката за сармите е готова.

На зелевите листата се махат дебелите части за да могат да се завиват по-лесно.
В тепсия се слага малко олио на дъното и почват да се завиват сармите.
1 листо = 1 сарма. На една сарма се слага 1 или 2 пълни лъжици плънка в зависимост от големината на листото.
Завиват се 4-те края и сармата се слага в тавата със завитите краища отдолу.
Добавя се една чаша гореща вода в тавата и се слага във фурната да се пече на 200 ℃ (400 ℉ ) градуса докато водата изчезне.

Objective is not to burn house down and not wake everyone up with the excess cheeki breeki.
Cooking with Boris is very easy if you follow video and do not try to skip most important part like adding salt and vodka.

Ingredients:

For dough:
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 shot of vodka
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
sunflower seed oil

For filling
400g/14oz beef or pork minced meat
Some green onion, parsley and dill
1 yellow onion
2-3 garlic cloves
Some ground black pepper
3 teaspoons salt

Prepare the dough first.

Mix the flour, the egg, the water, the oil, salt, sugar, vodka. Mix well. Leave it aside and continue with the filling.

Chop the onion on very small pieces. Chop a garlic and add it to the onion
Put it in a bowl. Add the ground meat, salt, black pepper, add some minced parsley, dill, green onion. Mix everything well.

Serve with parsley and dill
Eat with side of mayonez
