(10 minute setup, runs while you sleep).

Most job seekers spend hours every day scrolling LinkedIn Jobs.

That’s not a job search.

That’s a part-time job you don’t get paid for.

There’s a better way.

Claude Cowork can scan the entire internet for new openings, score them against YOUR criteria, and have a fresh list waiting for you every morning.

The best part?

It only takes 10 minutes to set up:

1. Build Your Scoring Criteria In Claude

Ask it to create 10-15 questions that define your ideal role.

Dictate your answers for what “great” looks like for compensation, culture, growth, location.

Have Claude share it as a .md file.

2. Turn That Output Into A Scoring Methodology

Ask Claude to review your answers from step one and turn it into a scoring methodology.

This is what Cowork uses to evaluate every job it finds.

Have it output the methodology as an .md file.

3. Add Both Files To Your Cowork Folder

Cowork runs out of a folder on your desktop.

Drop both .md files in there so Cowork references them every single time it runs.

4. Create a scheduled task in Cowork

In Cowork, hit Scheduled → New Task.

Build a prompt that tells Cowork to find, score, and summarize matching companies using your two .md files.

I wrote the entire prompt so you can copy and paste it for free here: https://lnkd.in/ei3MjQSA

5. Set It Up To Run While You Sleep

Schedule it for 8:30pm (or whenever works best).

Get some shut eye and wake up to a ranked list of new companies with scores, company info, and direct application links.

Now you can use the time and energy you saved to provide the value that AI can’t.

And win more jobs as a result.
